Technical support and hybrid solutions
A hybrid solution for an event is in the responsibility of the event organizer(s). Neither the Europlanet Society nor Copernicus Meetings are able to provide technical support.
In exceptional cases, a hybrid solution with technical support by the conference organizers is granted where a hybrid setup is indispensable for the success of the event.
