Other proposals for sponsorship may be discussed with the conference organizer.
Sponsorship application and conditions
- Application is via the sponsorship form. Please send the filled out sponsorship form by email to Copernicus Meetings. The deadline for applications is 31 July 2024, 13:00 CEST.
- All applications are reviewed by the EPSC committee. The applicant is informed by email about acceptance or rejection as soon as possible.
- In case the payment is not received by 31 July 2024, the acceptance of the sponsorship application will be revoked and the invoice will be cancelled.
- The logo to be used for sponsorship must be sent to Copernicus Meetings by 31 July 2024 and must be provided as a vector graphic file (.eps format).
