Poster printing and delivery service with online order
To provide a convenient poster printing and delivery service with online ordering and payment options, the Local Organizing Committee of EPSC2024 has partnered with CSV Copy, a local print shop in Berlin. The print shop offers to print posters in color and A0 format on 250 g/m2 matte paper for €29.95 per poster. The posters will be delivered to the conference venue, Henry Ford Building, and will be ready for collection at the below time slots.
The print shop accepts online payments via PayPal and charges a flat rate of €9.50 per order (not per poster) for this service. Interested attendees can independently make the payment and contact the print shop following these guidelines:
- First, make the payment on PayPal to the account registered as "buero@csvcopy.de"
- For 1 poster: €29.95 + €9.50 = €39.45
- For 2 posters: 2*(€29.95) + €9.50 = €69.40
- Then, send an email to the print shop using the following guide:
- Email address: uni@csvcopy.de
- Subject: EPSC24_"Your surname"_"Poster No." (for multiple posters: EPSC24_"Your surname"_"Poster No. 1"_”Poster No. 2"…)
- Attach the receipt of the payment
- Attach the poster(s) in PDF file format. If the file size exceeds the maximum allowed attachment size, use a file-sharing system of your choice and include the link in the email
- Indicate a billing address for your invoice
- The orders must be submitted before 13:00 CEST on 6 September 2024 (Friday)
Please note that orders will be processed only after payment confirmation. And please ensure to receive a confirmation email for your order. In case you need to order a different poster size than A0, please contact the print shop directly via the email address shared above.
Once you have completed your order, please pick up your poster(s) using the following guidelines:
- Pick-up location at the conference venue: In the information & name badge pick-up area, on the right-hand side (look for the poster pick-up signage on the floor plan)
- Pick-up times:
- Sunday (8 September), during the ice breaker: 16:30–18:00
- Monday morning (9 September): 09:00–10:30
- Every day during morning coffee breaks: 10:00-10:30
