Accessibility

EPSC is committed to ensuring the conference is safe and inclusive for all participants. The Henry Ford Building is accessible for those with restricted mobility, with ramps and elevators to all floors. The auditorium lecture hall can be accessed from a side entrance, which needs to be opened by a conference assistant from inside. Please note that a prior notification would be, therefore, needed. Adapted bathrooms are available next to the registration area.

Attendees are responsible for arranging any special accommodation needs when making their hotel reservations.

FFP2 masks are available at the information desk if people are feeling unwell, particularly with respiratory tract infection symptoms such as cough, runny nose, sneezing, and fever.

A medical room is available for those who need to step away from the hustle and bustle of the meeting. This is available for medical incidents, breastfeeding, or anyone in need of a moment of quiet when feeling overwhelmed. Ask at the information desk for the medical room.
